Leonid Shtilman
Leonid Shtilman is Chief Executive Officer of Viewfinity. Prior to Viewfinity, Mr. Shtilman served as Senior Vice President of CA Inc. who acquired XOsoft, a company which Mr. Shtilman founded in 1999 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer. After leading XOsoft through a restructuring and repositioning in 2001, the company placed among the top emerging companies in the disaster recovery/business continuity software industry, exceeding 2,500 customers and receiving multiple product excellence awards. He served in various positions at NASA, MIT, Princeton University and was a tenure professor at Tel Aviv University and The City University of New York. Mr. Shtilman holds multiple patents and two Ph.Ds: Mathematics (Israeli Technion), Mechanical Engineering (Tel-Aviv University).
 
 
Gil Rapaport
Gil Rapaport is President of Viewfinity where he is responsible for the sales and marketing infrastructure and executing the company's business goals and objectives. Prior to Viewfinity, Mr. Rapaport served as Executive Vice President of XOsoft where he managed the marketing, international sales and product management activities. Through his strategic vision and direction, Mr. Rapaport successfully positioned XOsoft for its acquisition by CA in 2006, where he then served as Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Rapaport holds an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. He is a regular guest lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Business where he shares his renowned vision related to business and marketing automation.
 
 
Greg Butterfield
Before founding SageCreek Greg was the Group President of the Altiris and Server and Storage business units for Symantec. Butterfield joined Symantec through the company's acquisition of Altiris in April 2007. At Altiris, he most recently served as chairman of the board, president and CEO. Butterfield has more than 23 years of executive-level experience in the software industry. After joining Altiris in February 2000, he guided the company to eight consecutive years of revenue growth and profitability overseeing growth in revenue from $3M to over $250M. Butterfield was the driving force behind eleven acquisitions and he successfully completed an IPO in 2002 in the face of a notable economic downturn. The IPO was followed in August of 2003 with a successful secondary offering. He was also the winner of the 2002 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and served as the chairman of the board of the Utah Information Technology Association from 2003 to 2005. Butterfield received a bachelors of science in business administration, finance from Brigham Young University.
 
 
Thomas Neustaetter
Mr. Neustaetter has over 20 years of experience as an investor and investment banker, including more than 15 years of venture capital and private equity investment experience. Prior to joining JK&B, Mr. Neustaetter was a Partner of The Chatterjee Group, an affiliate of Soros Fund Management, where he focused on venture capital investments in the telecommunications and software industries. Prior to The Chatterjee Group, Mr. Neustaetter was the President and founder of Bancroft Capital, a consulting firm. Mr. Neustaetter earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy with great distinction (Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Information Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
 
 
Zvi Schechter
Zvi Schechter co-founded Giza Venture Capital. He has twenty years experience in private equity, research and company valuations with in-depth knowledge of the technology market in the fields of Communications and Information Technology. Formerly, Mr. Schechter worked at Leumi & Co. Investment Bankers and was a financial advisor to major Israeli banks. Mr. Schechter holds an MBA in Finance, magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Economics and Management, magna cum laude, from the Technion, Haifa.
 
 
Nilanjana Bhowmik
Nilanjana joined Longworth in 2003 and focuses on infrastructure, software and mobile investments. She currently serves on the boards of Cellufun, Viewfinity and VKernel. Her other investments and prior portfolio involvements include Scanbuy, Marathon Technologies, Tizor (acquired by Netezza), Softricity (acquired by Microsoft) and Thor Technologies (acquired by Oracle). Prior to joining Longworth, Nilanjana was a Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, at Broadview (now Jefferies), an investment banking firm where she led buy and sell side transactions for several hi-tech companies in software, services and digital media. She received a Bachelor in Engineering in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, an MS in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina, and an MBA from INSEAD.
