Technical Writer

We are looking for an experienced writer who can assume responsibility for product documentation and training material for Viewfinity's products.

Responsibilities

• research and gather information for the documentation by working with the product, reading functional specification and design documents and interviewing subject matter experts
• develop high-quality documents which include installation guides, technical bulletins, user guides, and online help systems
• update existing documentation for new releases
• develop computer-based training materials and tutorials
• continuously incorporate best practices and customer feedback into the product documentation

Requirements

• Ability to converse in English and Hebrew, with a strong command of the English language
• excellent writing and editing skills, with proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
• five or more years experience developing documentation and training for a complex enterprise software product
• knowledge of virtualization technology market would be a plus
• ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and fluid environment with tight deadlines
