Leonid Shtilman
Chief Executive Officer
Leonid Shtilman is Chief Executive Officer of Viewfinity. Prior to Viewfinity, Mr. Shtilman served as Senior Vice President of CA Inc. who acquired XOsoft, a company which Mr. Shtilman founded in 1999 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer. After leading XOsoft through a restructuring and repositioning in 2001, the company placed among the top emerging companies in the disaster recovery/business continuity software industry, exceeding 2,500 customers and receiving multiple product excellence awards. Under his vision and leadership, Mr. Shtilman brought the company to its successful acquisition by CA.
Prior to XOsoft, in 1995 Mr. Shtilman founded and served as CTO of Identify Software, a provider of unique software development and performance monitoring tools, which was acquired by BMC in 2006 for $150M. Mr. Shtilman was also a founder of C3D Inc. (NASDAQ: CDDD), a developer of new optical media for three-dimensional data storage.
He served in various positions at NASA, MIT, Princeton University and was a tenure professor at Tel Aviv University and The City University of New York. Mr. Shtilman holds multiple patents and two Ph.Ds: Mathematics (Israeli Technion), Mechanical Engineering (Tel-Aviv University).
Gil Rapaport
President
Gil Rapaport is President of Viewfinity where he is responsible for the sales and marketing infrastructure and executing the company's business goals and objectives. Prior to Viewfinity, Mr. Rapaport served as Executive Vice President of XOsoft where he managed the marketing, international sales and product management activities. Through his strategic vision and direction, Mr. Rapaport successfully positioned XOsoft for its acquisition by CA in 2006, where he then served as Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Rapaport's combination of marketing skills and business acumen drove XOsoft to a profitable position with an average of 25-30% quarterly revenue growth for 16 consecutive quarters. He developed a fine-tuned analytical approach to running the business, which aligned and automated sales and marketing processes at each possible juncture, and provided the foresight to take actionable, intelligent steps to boost sales and marketing effectiveness as it related to revenue contribution.
Mr. Rapaport previously served as Manager of Business Planning for Bezeq International, a leading Israeli ISP and international telecom solution provider. During Bezeq International's formative years, he headed the company's ISP acquisition initiatives and international cable infrastructure ventures.
Mr. Rapaport holds an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. He is a regular guest lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Business where he shares his renowned vision related to business and marketing automation.
John Hamilton
Chief Operating Officer
John is a seasoned senior executive with extensive management expertise including leadership
of global sales and technical services organizations in enterprise software industries.
John brings to Viewfinity a wealth of experience in management and technology sales with companies
ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 100. Before joining Viewfinity, John was SVP of Sales
and Service at xkoto which was acquired by Teradata. Prior to xkoto, John was Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating
Officer of Trigence, an application virtualization software company focused on the data center.
John served as the Vice President,
Worldwide Sales at Softricity, Inc., which was acquired by Microsoft in 2006.
Prior to joining Softricity, John served as Vice President of Sales for Phase Forward, Inc.
as part of the Executive Management team helping to take them public, and Executive Vice President,
Worldwide Sales and Services, at Concord Communications, where he led global sales and
technical services including professional and educational services, customer support,
licensing and maintenance renewals. John also held the positions of Vice President of
Worldwide Sales and Vice President of North American Sales at Concord.
Earlier in his career, John worked in various executive sales management positions at FTP Software,
EMC, Stratus Computer and IBM.
Mary Rose
Vice President of Marketing
Mary Rose joins Viewfinity as vice president of marketing and is responsible for establishing, implementing and running the company's marketing infrastructure. With over 15 years combined experience in product marketing, corporate marketing and demand generation, Mary's expertise will be instrumental in establishing Viewfinity as a market leader in its space.
Prior to joining Viewfinity, Mary was the director of marketing at CA, where she managed the demand generation strategy, online marketing and website activities of the CA XOsoft product line.
Prior to CA's acquisition of XOsoft in 2006, Mary was the director of marketing at XOsoft where she designed and managed search engine marketing and demand generation programs which fueled over 1700 weekly sales inquiries directly into the company's inside sales organization. While at XOsoft, she successfully designed, implemented and managed a sophisticated, automated telemarketing and precision marketing process, which contributed to more than 50% of pipeline opportunities and 30% of revenue. Mary was responsible for the teams that executed Marketing Programs, designed and developed XOsoft's Web/CRM/DBA infrastructure and telemarketing efforts.
Previous to this, Mary held various positions in product marketing and corporate marketing roles at high-tech companies in the Boston area.
Mary Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.
Dmitry Barboi
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Barboi is Viewfinity's Chief Technology Officer where he is responsible for establishing Viewfinity's technology infrastructure, closely aligning it with market and customer needs while helping to determine the company's focus for its product and service offering. Prior to this, Mr. Barboi was Founder and VP of R&D for XOsoft and then served as VP of Development at CA Inc. after XOsoft was acquired by CA in 2006. At XOsoft, Mr. Barboi played an integral role for setting the global technical direction of the company, development of the IP, and leading the R&D organization. Mr. Barboi is a champion of innovation and developed XOsoft's flagship solutions which won numerous trade, business and information technology accolades.
With nearly 20 years of experience in development of software, Mr. Barboi has a proven history of providing sophisticated software products to the infrastructure market, financial markets, development tool and other software markets.
Before founding XOsoft, Mr. Barboi served as VP R&D for Identify Software (acquired in 2006 by BMC) and a number of other software development companies. Mr. Barboi is the author of major patents assigned to Identify Software (now BMC) and XOsoft (now CA).
He holds a masters degree in computer science from the Moscow Technological University.
Anatoly Kardash
Vice President of Research and Development
Anatoly Kardash is Vice President of Research and Development at Viewfinity where he is responsible for all software design, development and product deployment-related activity.
Prior to Viewfinity, Mr. Kardash was Founder & CTO at Peroon Ltd., a leading provider of mobile porting technologies and multi-platform development. Before founding Peroon, Mr. Kardash was Co-founder & CTO at e-Sponsor Ltd., which was acquired by Intuwave Ltd., a UK based firm, in 2000. Other high-tech positions were held at Amdocs, Identify and Composite.
Mr. Kardash has more than 20 years in software development representing extensive experience in software research and development hosted on a vast range of platforms. The products he helped to design and develop, including award-winning ones, have been successfully deployed to various markets and are in use today around the world.
Mr. Kardash graduated with an MS in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Moscow Technological University and was a guest lecturer at the Tel Aviv University.
Alex Shoykhet
Vice President of Product Management
Alex Shoykhet, Vice President Product Management, is responsible for product strategy, product roadmap, developing strategic partner relationships and service delivery. Alex is responsible for identifying market and customer needs and aligning those requirements with the features and technology within Viewfinity products. Mr.Shoykhet is regular speaker at various public events and webcasts presenting Viewfinity products and technology.
Formerly Alex worked as the Director of Technology at CA and was responsible for implementing high availability products for Fortune 500 accounts. Prior to that, he served as VP of Engineering at Merrill Lynch’s global financial markets, where he was primarily responsible for the Windows platform strategy.
Mr. Shoykhet has more than 15 years of experience in the high-tech software and financial markets and infrastructure technologies with a keen understanding of business requirements.
Mr. Shoykhet graduated with a BS in Computer Information Systems from City University of New York, Baruch College.
