Remote Agent Deployment
Implementation is virtually transparent because Viewfinity's products are deployed using the existing AD and network infrastructure and will reach any and all end-points from a single point. Viewfinity's innovative agents are installed only on-demand, thus no manual intervention is needed for deployment, upgrades, maintenance and uninstall of the agents. Viewfinity supports several deployment methods. Agents can be deployed using a completely automated method by discovering your Active Directory, IP range, Workgroup or Network and then pushing the agent to selected computers. A secondary method allows you to download the agent (MSI) installation package and the installation can then be performed manually, or via a login script or existing software deployment tools. To support your mobile workforce, the link to the agent installation package can be sent by email enabling Viewfinity to be installed on mobile or remote clients where a direct connection to the corporate network is not available.
