How Our Cloud-Computing Platform Works
Using our software, most desktop functions requiring system administrator assistance can be performed via the Viewfinity cloud-computing software delivery platform from a remote location. The administrator and desktop are both connected to the Viewfinity web service via a secure Internet HTTPS connection. Our cloud-based centralized management allows for greater control over your distributed desktops and laptops. Encapsulation continues to work on the machine at all times, regardless of the location, whether online or offline (no VPN access is required). Due to centralized management and offline encapsulation via our cloud-computing platform, enforcing privilege management policies and providing effective support capabilities for mobile and in-house users improves drastically.
